The grape variety this wine comes from is also called “grapes of the fog” since it comes to a full ripening in autumn, when the hills are surrounded by the fog. This wine is aged in barrels in big oak for 12 months and thus released on the market one year after the harvest. Suitable for ageing.

well-balanced and harmonious.
Food matching:
Ideal with first courses and second courses of red meat.
