With the 2011 vintage the classic Dolcetto di
Dogliani DOC becomes DOCG.
This wine especially in the area of Dogliani reaches
its maximum expression. It 'a wine throughout the
meal with low acidity and alcohol contained.
This wine is aged in barrels in big oak for 12 months
and thus released on the market one year after the
harvest. Suitable for ageing.
