Langhe DOC Dolcetto

This wine is produced from Dolcetto grapes grown in a vineyard that was replanted in 2003.

    Mainly clay and limestone soil only are suitable for Dolcetto of Dogliani

    100% Dolcetto

    Hand harvest in late September
  • Organoleptic properties:
    This wine has a deep ruby red colour, with intense and fruity aroma, full-bodied and lingering flavour with almond finish.
  • Food matching:
    Due to its versatility, this wine can be enjoyed through the entire meal, from hot antipasto to second courses, excellent with mixed fries and dishes involving truffle, boiled or stewed meat.
  • Tips:
    Best served at 18°C.
